	Plant - We currently have a wide range of plant and equipment to cover all aspects of our workload.
	Staff - We have a workforce of skilled tradesmen and other skilled sub-contractors enabling a variety of building operations to be carried out quickly and efficiently and to a high standard.
	Training - A.M.Cole has a training plan in place that is reviewed quarterly and constantly implemented.
